FTS – Flexographic Trade Services, has introduced two new programs for 2010: In-House Training (IHT) and Production Flow Organization (PFO) program.

FTS designed the In-House Training program to help make training in the workplace more efficient, productive, affordable and realistic, says Art Fields, founder and president. “We find that when we train in your plant, it makes everyone better and more accountable,” he says.

The IHT program includes press operator training of up to four trainees at a time, and is available in two-, four- and six-week sessions. Rewind training, also for up to four trainees, is available in three- and four-week sessions.

“The PFO program,” says Fields, “puts an instructor on your floor to streamline your production flow to make it as efficient and profitable as possible.”
